APC ground gets the gift of high mast light
The District Panchayat Chairman will also give money for the maintenance of the ground

The District Panchayat Chairman Samrat Ashok Singh Saraswar agreed to provide an amount of about 1 lakh rupees for the maintenance of high mast light and ground for the Aulyakanhar Physical Club's playground located in the boundary of Lalbarra, village Aulyakanhar. Last Wednesday, Mr. Saraswar visited the APC playground and during this he made this announcement. Mr. Saraswar reached the APC playground in the evening after visiting village Tekadi. APC Chairman O.P. Bisen and executive members welcomed Mr. Saraswar at the ground. Thereafter, Mr. Saraswar along with the members present, roamed every inch of the playground. He took information about every thing in the playground and its surroundings. He asked for information about the sports preparations and summer camp to be held in the ground. He enquired about the lotus leaves spread in the huge pond adjacent to the playground. He asked Mr. Bisen what measures were taken to prevent this water fowl. Mr. Bisen informed him that the pond has been given on contract to the fishermen cooperative society for fish farming. Now the pond is not being leased for water chestnut. Mr. Saraswar said about the artificial pond built adjacent to the pond that due to its construction the size of the playground has become smaller. It needs to be extended in future so that the playground can be more spacious and players can have access to it. He also expressed the need to remove the high voltage electricity poles installed in the playground. He asked Mr. Bisen to take immediate action in this regard so that these poles can be shifted outside the playground as soon as possible. During the inspection of APC ground by Shri Saraswar, Block Congress Committee Vice President Dharmendra Dhande, former Sarpanch of Chichgaon Prem Singh Merscole, Jhaam Singh Rana of village Aulyaknhar, Mahendra Chauhan, Bhuneshwar Katre, Sunil Bisen, Ummed Chawle, Harilal Maratha, Suresh Yadav, camp coach Radhika Yadav, senior players Surendra Yadav, Nagendra Chaudhary, Priyanshu Chauhan and other players were present with him.
Interacted with children
After complete inspection of the ground, District Panchayat President Samrat Ashok Singh Saraswar interacted with the children present in the playground and also got his photo clicked with them. He appealed to the children and said that sports are also very important along with studies. Therefore, you people should keep strengthening yourself in any one sport along with studies. When you grow up and prepare for a government job, this preparation of sports will be very useful for you.
Prohibited from Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration
When APC Chairman O.P. Bisen was discussing whether or not a work would be inaugurated or not, Zila Panchayat Chairman Shri Saraswar expressed his displeasure and said that only works should be done for the public and for the public, Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of works are never in his priority, that is why he always advises public representatives to avoid Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of any work. The amount spent on Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration, if that amount is used in development works, it would be better.
Met the grief-stricken family and offered condolences
On Tuesday, in village Tekadi in Lalbarra, Shravan Kavre's 13-year-old daughter Divyani Kavre died after getting electrocuted by an electric motor. On receiving information about the incident, Shri Saraswar reached village Tekadi on Wednesday and met the bereaved family there and consoled them and said that immediate action would be taken in respect of whatever government relief is to be given to the family of the deceased as per government rules.
