Lalbarra, Balaghat MLA Mrs. Anubha Munjare drew the attention of the government and departmental ministers through the Assembly Speaker regarding the problems related to her assembly constituency Balaghat during the assembly session. MLA Anubha Munjare expressed her views boldly on the problems of education, health, irrigation, bridges and farmers of the area and demanded the government to resolve them. MLA Anubha Munjare said that there are 8 posts of doctors in Lalbarra Community Health Center, out of which only 4 doctors are serving. In which also there is no female doctor posted. Due to lack of gynecologist, the sisters of the Gram Panchayat area coming under Lalbarra area are deprived of all kinds of facilities including delivery and they have to be referred to the district headquarters. It is mandatory to appoint a female doctor. Similarly, there is no facility of ambulance here. The government needs to pay attention to health facilities. MLA Anubha Munjare, while speaking about the education system, said that there are 6 such higher secondary schools under Balaghat assembly constituency, which have been started. But the building has not been made available. In which Kumhari, Kanjai, Murjhad, Tekadi, Bagholi are such higher secondary schools which are running but there is no arrangement of building for them.

Therefore, arrangements for higher secondary buildings should be made at these places. MLA Anubha Munjare also informed in her questions that there are 11 such Anganwadi centres in the assembly constituency where they are being run in rented buildings due to lack of buildings. For which the government is demanded to provide buildings. Similarly, there are 45 such Gram Panchayats where there are no community buildings. Community buildings are required in the Panchayats. Rampuri and Bori-Ballarpur-Barghat culverts of Lalbarra area are broken for a long time. We are talking about shining roads but these broken culverts are not being built. In this regard, the matter has been brought to the notice of the officials apart from the Assembly. Again, attention is drawn towards these broken culverts in the House and demand is made to build them. MLA Anubha Munjare said that the farmers of the assembly constituency are completely dependent on agriculture. Those who need water from canals for irrigation. There are canals built during the British era in the area which are in a very damaged or dilapidated state. Due to which water is not reaching the farmers' fields. There are Sarrati reservoir, Pathri reservoir, Chavarpani reservoir and Murmanala reservoir in the area. Whose canals and canals need to be improved. So that the farmers of the area can get water for irrigation to their fields and they can grow their crops. MLA Anubha Munjare, while questioning, said that the state government and the Chief Minister had told the farmers that their paddy crop would be purchased at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal, wheat at Rs 2700 per quintal, soybean at Rs 6000 per quintal, but that promise has not been fulfilled yet. Our beloved sisters were told to be given Rs 3000, but this promise has also not been fulfilled. On going to the area, the sisters were waiting for their amount of Rs 3000 and they were looking at the Chief Minister. BJP had said that gas cylinders will be given at the rate of Rs 450 under the Ujjwala Gas Scheme, but there is no information about this either. MLA Anubha Munjare has expected the problems of her constituency to be resolved in the Vidhan Sabha through the Speaker and the concerned departmental ministers.
