Shahdol. An effective and awareness-oriented anti-drug campaign was organized at Vivekananda Paramedical College, Shahdol, jointly organized by Satyam Kalyan Seva Samiti, the District Sports and Youth Welfare Department and the Police Department under the Madhya Pradesh Government.

The main objective of the program was to make youth and society aware of the serious ill effects of drug abuse and to inspire them to build a drug-free society.

The chief guests at the program included Mr. Ajay Saundiya, District Sports Training Officer, Sports and Youth Welfare Department; Mr. Pramod Vishwakarma; Mr. Ankit Gupta (engineer and social worker), Secretary of the National Lathi Association; and ASI Mr. Bhanchand Chaudhary, Head Constable Mr. Nikhil Srivastava, and Head Constable Mr. Pankaj Pyaasi from the Sohagpur Police Station.

During the program, police department officials provided detailed information to the students about the serious physical, mental, and social consequences of drug addiction. They also informed the youth that eradicating the social evil of drug addiction is possible through education, awareness, and collective efforts.

On this occasion, the students enthusiastically participated and pledged to stay away from drugs and actively contribute to a drug-free society.

The program was attended by Vivekananda Paramedical College Principal Dr. Harish Gupta, Professor Dr. Namrata Patel, Professor Rajkishore Dubey, Professor Manish Gupta, Umesh Saundiya, Priyanka Tiwari, Priyanka Lodhi, Hemant Rathore, Harshit Mishra, Deepak Kol, Legal Advisor Vijay Gupta, other staff, and a large number of students.

At the conclusion of the program, the students enthusiastically and enthusiastically delivered the message of "Quit Drugs, Save Life" and reiterated their commitment to building a healthy, strong, and drug-free society.
