Saharanpur, In Nagal, Badhedi Koli, the villagers reached the water tank under construction and expressed their anger due to non-resumption of drinking water supply which has been stalled for the last one month. The villagers calmed down after the assurance received from the officials by the Trade Board President Kapil Dabar, who reached the information. Villagers Baburam Ravi, Kaka Verma, Pintu, Gulab, Rahul, Akash, Arun, Rajesh, Sanjay, Mahendra say that for the last twenty years, water was being supplied to Badhedi Koli from the water tank built in Nagal, but Now construction of a water tank is going on in his village itself, pipelines are being laid again in the streets, due to which the already laid pipelines got damaged at many places. By not repairing it, the contractor stopped the water supply to the village. Due to which the drinking water supply of the village has been completely stopped for almost a month, people are facing problems for drinking water. In this regard, the Jal Nigam officials and the village head have been informed several times, yet the water problem is not being solved. BJP Nagal Mandal General Secretary and Trade Board President Kapil Dawar, who arrived on the news of villagers expressing their anger on the under-construction tank, talked to Jal Nigam Executive Engineer Yogesh Kumar and Junior Engineer Dushyant Kumar, the officials repaired the damaged pipeline within a week and restored the water supply. Gave assurance that it would be rectified and the villagers calmed down and returned home.
