Shajapur, The Rath Yatra being taken out from 108 major cities across the country on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Acharya Bhagwant Shri Anand Sagar Surishwarji Maharaj, the chief Agam Uddharak of Jainism, entered Shajapur city on Wednesday morning, 21 August. Society's media in-charge Mangal Nahar said that the Rath Yatra is being taken out on the occasion of Guruvar Anand Ratna Sagar Ji Mas's birth anniversary with the inspiration of Acharya Bhagwant Vishwaratna Sagar Ji Mas, disciple of Malwa Gaurav Param Pujya Shri Navratna Sagar Surishwarji Mas, which started from Jaipur and reached Shajapur after passing through 108 cities across India. This journey started from the local Krishna Talkies crossing while entering Shajapur city and reached the Jain Upashray located at Oswal Seri via Nai Sadak, Azad Chowk, Kasera Bazaar and concluded in the form of a religious gathering, where the favors done by Pujya Acharya Anand Sagar Surishwarji on the Jain religion were mentioned by Rajesh Jain Nalkheda, manager of Madhya Pradesh Navratna Parivar and Amit Jain Akodia, the legislator. He said that just as Bhagwat Gita is important in the Vaishnav sect and Quran is important in the Muslim sect, similarly the Aagam texts are of prime importance in the Jain religion. The entire world of Jain religion is contained in the 45 texts of Aagam. During this, all the visiting guests were honored by Shri Aadeshvar Jain Murti Pooja Trust. On this occasion, mainly society's president Lokendra Narelia, secretary Sapan Jain, treasurer Pratik Jain, senior social worker Narendra Kothari, Suresh Jain, Vinod Jain, Anil Golchha, Mahesh Jain, Manoj Golchha, Ashutosh Chopra, Ajay Jain, Prem Badhera, Rahul Jain and other society members were present. Navratna Parivar president Manish Jain informed that the yatra would conclude on August 25 in Ratlam.
