But the goods were purchased by advocate Shraddha Tiwari, on which during a casual conversation, the employees of Big Bazaar behaved rudely which was inappropriate when the advocate tried to explain that the carry bag should be given to the company after the customer collects the goods, which was But the employees said that wherever you have to complain, please do the bag, you will get the bag only with the money. That's why the advocate complained about it in the consumer forum. He filed a case in the Consumer Forum, Jabalpur in February 2020 for charging Rs 19 in addition to the carry bag along with the bill. Which was advocated by advocate Shraddha Tiwari herself and in the end truth prevailed on which the High Court Jabalpur judge, while passing the order on 17.02.2024, found Future Group Limited guilty and imposed a penalty of Rs 8200 and also within 2 months. In case Mrs. Tiwari does not get the said amount, Rs. Order passed to give additional amount of Rs 1 lakh.
