In the review meeting, the in-charge minister said that ration should be made available to everyone on time. New ration cards should be distributed. During the review of the health department, it was said in the meeting that the incomplete building of the health department should be completed. Make Ayushman cards by running special campaigns. Also, under the Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card Scheme, organize camps for elderly people above 70 years of age and give them the benefits of the scheme. Also, cards are being made by organizing camps for the disabled at the block level.
Under the review of the education department, the MLAs gave suggestions regarding teachers in RTE and other schools including Atmanand School. On this, the Minister in charge said that under RTE, ensure that children of BPL category get admission in the best schools and they get a positive environment for study. Take necessary action for the education of children. During the review of Women and Child Development, information was taken about the Anganwadi centers without buildings and Minister in charge Kashyap gave instructions to build buildings for Anganwadi centers. Also said that as per the suggestions of the public representatives, such model Anganwadi centers should be made which become an example for the entire state. He said that the beneficiaries who have stopped getting the amount under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Review it again and give them the benefits of the scheme. For this, work by organizing zone-wise camps.
During the review of the police department, traffic and law and order were discussed. To ensure the traffic system of the city, take suggestions from all the MLAs and public representatives. Strengthen patrolling in various places of the city so that crime can be controlled and during the review of the Forest Department, Minister-in-charge Mr. Kashyap instructed to provide necessary forest-related guidelines. Also reviewed the development works of the Municipal Corporation. He said that the system of providing drinking water should be strengthened under the Amrit Mission Scheme. Instructed the PWD department to repair the roads. Stop unauthorized construction. Also solve the problem of water and other problems in the Prime Minister Housing Colony. During the review of the Revenue Department, the MLAs gave necessary suggestions. The Minister-in-charge said that action should be taken soon on the cases of nomination-demarcation settlement error. Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh, SSP Dr. Lal Ummed Singh, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, District Panchayat CEO Vishwadeep and other officers were also present in the meeting.
