Shivhar, Immediate action was taken on the problems of 24 persons who came to the Janta Darbar of District Officer Pankaj Kumar. Janta Darbar was organized in the office cell of District Officer Shivhar today from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The District Officer took immediate action on the problems of 24 persons of the district.

Complainants related to electricity, PHED, transfer, education, Basgit Parcha, labor and health etc. were present in the Janta Darbar of District Officer Shivhar.

District Officer Pankaj Kumar heard the problems of the persons who came to the Janta Darbar and called the concerned officer in the office room in front of the complainant and directed the Block/Anchal level officer and other concerned officers over the telephone to take immediate action.
District Magistrate Shivhar has requested the residents of Shivhar district to organize a public hearing every Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. In this public hearing, any person of the district can meet the District Magistrate, Shivhar with any kind of problem.
