Shajapur, as per the instructions of Commissioner Food Safety Madhya Pradesh Bhopal, surprise inspections of food firms located in Maksi were conducted by the divisional flying squad team of Ujjain division. During this, the firm Paliwal & Sons located in Industrial Area Maksi was inspected and samples of food items manufactured and stored for sale, ghee, livestock premium ghee and mixed milk were taken for testing. Similarly, samples of mixed milk and cheese were taken for testing from Nakoda Milk Store located at Jhanda Chowk Maxi. The said samples were sent to State Food Testing Laboratory, Idgah Hills, Bhopal for testing. On receiving the investigation report, action will be taken against the concerned as per rules. For not following the food license conditions, improvement notice letters were issued to the above two firms under Section 32 of the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006.
In the divisional flying squad team, action was taken by the team of Food Safety Officer Mr. Surendra Thakur, Mr. Basant Dutt Sharma and Raju Solanki, Ms. Deepa Tatwade.
