SP of Gopalganj Swarn Prabhat has ordered FIR against three policemen. These include Havildar Upendra Pandey, constable Satish Kumar and clerk of SP office Anish Kumar Singh. This action of SP has created panic among the policemen. A fool proof conspiracy was hatched to escape notorious criminal Sanjay alias Banri, who was in jail in the case of shooting and killing a Home Guard jawan, during the hearing. Under the conspiracy, notorious criminal Sanjay alias Banri was made to escape. Now after the investigation report in this case, action has been started against the constable.

On the orders of SP Swarn Prabhat, an FIR was lodged against Havildar Upendra Pandey of the District Force. Upendra Pandey was found to be involved and action has been started. Let us tell you that Home Guard jawan Bhola Yadav, a resident of Ekderwa village of Nagar police station area, was shot dead by Sanjay alias Banri along with his companions on the way from his house to Thawe Home Guard office. In the case of this murder which took place on January 5, 2021, the police arrested the absconding Sanjay alias Banri and sent him to jail.
