Shajapur, On the provincial call, a memorandum was submitted to the SDM of Shajapur-Shujalpur by the Patwari Sangh regarding the action being taken against Patwaris in Revenue Maha Abhiyan 2.0 and the problems arising in amendment and partition. In the memorandum submitted, it was told that in the name of CM Helpline, the salary of Patwaris of Tehsil Shajapur, Moman Barodia, Gaulana of Section Shajapur was stopped for five days. At the same time, the salary of Patwaris with zero progress was stopped for 10 days. Patwari Mahendra Chandna of Moman Barodia was suspended without any reason, in which the concerned Patwari was not at fault, currently in Raj Maha Abhiyan 2.0, work is being done by putting extreme mental pressure on Patwaris and daily targets are being given while the Patwari is working more than his capabilities. It was told in the memorandum that the Patwari is working under extreme mental pressure due to which any accident can happen with the Patwari, for which the entire responsibility will be of the district administration. Similarly, the action taken against other Patwaris was mentioned in the memorandum. It was also told that in the campaign, the officers are getting the work of Tarmim-Partition done against the rules by putting unnecessary pressure on the Patwaris, which can definitely become the cause of a big dispute in the future, because the work of Tarmim-Partition is a very important work of the Revenue Department and there is a possibility of error in getting the work done by putting pressure. It was told in the memorandum that currently it is the time of rainy season, crops are standing in the fields, due to which it is not possible to match the boundaries of the field and it is also not possible to measure the field, whereas spot matching is very important in map correction. About 95 percent of the villages of section Shujalpur Tehsil, Kalapipal, Badodia, Polaykalan have not been settled, the settlement was done in the year 1925, which has been almost 100 years. According to the MP Land Revenue Code, the period of settlement is 30 years, after 30 years, settlement should be done again, but the government did not do a single settlement, whereas about three settlements were to be done in this period, due to lack of settlement, the condition of the map and the site has become quite different. Consolidation was done in the year 1982-83 in most of the villages of section Shujalpur, records were made according to the consolidation in the consolidation, but the possession was not changed on the spot according to it, due to which the spot and the record do not match. In such a situation, some other landowner is sitting on the spot and the name of some other landowner is recorded in the record. In the memorandum, a demand has been made not to put pressure on the Patwaris and to withdraw all the actions taken against the Patwaris as soon as possible. Also, a warning has been given that if the problem is not resolved, a movement will be organized by the Patwaris.
