ACJM court rejected the suit of taking possession of state government property

Deoband | Saharanpur, Civil Judge Senior Division (ACJM) Parvinder Singh's court has completely rejected the 27-year-old suit to claim ownership of government property and has ordered the disposal of the property to the state government. Assistant District Government Advocate Paurush Kumar Verma said that in relation to the house situated in Mohalla Mori Telian, Imtiaz son of Shabbir, resident of Mohalla Mori Telian, filed a suit in the court in 1997, claiming himself to be in possession of the house and the defendants, Uttar Pradesh. A suit was filed to obtain a permanent injunction against the state and the municipality of Deoband. The plaintiffs and defendants gave evidence in the case that lasted for 27 years. In which the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Parvinder Singh, while completing the hearing, did not consider the plaintiff Imtiaz son Shabbir as the owner of the property and rejected his suit and ordered to dispose of the property to the state government.
