Shajapur, ABVP workers reached the collector's office and gheraoed it over the frequent accidents of school vehicles in the district. During this, the District Panchayat CEO, SDM, Tehsildar arrived to take the memorandum from the ABVP workers, but the workers refused to give the memorandum. They said that they will give the memorandum to the collector only. After this, the ABVP workers insisted on meeting the collector and started protesting and raising slogans outside the collector's office. After a long sloganeering, the workers forcefully opened the door of the collector's office and entered the office premises by breaking the barricades and raised slogans here too. After hours of protest, Collector Riju Bafna met the ABVP workers in the meeting hall and took the memorandum and assured appropriate action. ABVP workers said that private school vehicles are causing frequent accidents in the district, in which the lives of school students are in danger. Memorandums have been submitted to the administration several times regarding this, but despite this, the responsible officers of the transport department and the school management are not ready to take action in the matter. As a result, school children are risking their lives every day by commuting from home to school and from school to home. Activists said that a few days ago, the vehicle of a private school in Panwadi overturned in Dudhana, during which many children were injured who were brought to Shajapur hospital for treatment, here the security personnel of the hospital misbehaved and beat up the relatives of the school children, but in this case also the administration did not take any action against the said employee. Rather, on the instructions of the CMHO, the employee filed a false case against the parents of the children. The collector has assured action on the memorandum given by the activists, after which the matter calmed down. Here the activists say that if action is not taken in the matter, then a fierce agitation will be carried out. Barricades were torn down by sloganeering. Angry with the Transport Department for not taking action on the vehicles of private schools, ABVP workers took out a rally from BKSN College on Tuesday morning and raised slogans outside the Collector's office. During this time, SDM Manisha Vaskale, Tehsildar Madhu Nayak arrived to take the memorandum from the student leaders, but the students refused to give the memorandum saying that they have already given a memorandum on which no action has been taken. Therefore, now they will submit the memorandum to the Collector only. After a long sloganeering, when the Collector did not come among the students, they pushed the policemen standing at the gate, broke the barricades outside the Collector's office and entered the campus. After this, they met the Collector and submitted a memorandum regarding action. A large number of workers were present during this time.
