Saharanpur, Kotwali Dehat police station of Saharanpur district has arrested two wanted murder accused and recovered a chalk and an iron wheel (free wheel) used in the murder from their possession. Let us tell you that on 29.03.2024, Wadiya Mrs. Shayra wife Chand resident of Danish Colony police station Kotwali Dehat district Saharanpur had come to the police station and given written information that the accused were Anas son of Faizan, Irshad son of Namaloom, Chand son of Faizan, Sameer son of Mau Shami, Sameel son of Mohammad. Shami, all the residents of Danish Colony Police Station Kotwali Dehat Saharanpur unanimously attacked Wadiya's son Adnan, aged about 18 years, and his friend Mizaan with an iron rod and knife with the intention of killing him. Due to which Wadiya's son Adnan died during treatment and his friend Mizan got injured. On the basis of Wadiya's complaint, a case named Bhadvi vs Anas etc. 5 as above was registered at Kotwali Dehat police station. Taking immediate cognizance of the above incident, Senior Superintendent of Police, Saharanpur, Dr. Vipin Tada gave orders and instructions to the concerned for the immediate arrest of the named accused of the incident. In this sequence, under the close supervision of Superintendent of Police City and Area Officer City II and under the able leadership of Inspector-in-Charge Country Satyendra Prakash Singh, the informer was killed by the police station Kotwali Country Police Team.
On the information of two accused, Anas son of Faizan and Sameer son of Mohammed Shami, residents of Danish Colony police station, Kotwali Dehat district, Saharanpur, were arrested from Janta Road at the intersection leading to village Madh. Due to whose evidence, the knife and iron wheel used in the incident were recovered from near the wall of a plot near the roadside cemetery. The arrested accused told on interrogation that on 29/03/24, in the afternoon, we both had an argument with Mizan son of Parvez and Adnan son of Chand, residents of the same locality. Regarding this matter, on the same day at around 07.45 in the evening, when we reached the gym street, both Adnan and Mizaan were seen standing at Abrar's shop. At that time Anas had a knife in his hand and an iron wheel (free wheel) in my hand. When we started fighting with Mizan and Adnan, Mizan and Adnan ran away from Abrar's shop towards the gymnasium. Then we caught both of them in front of Dr. Sameer's shop. Anas stabbed the knife in his hand into Adnan's stomach. Adnan fell there and then we attacked Adnan and Mizan several times with knives and knives and ran away from here towards Behat Road. The police team that arrested the accused included Pt.
