Katni, Nishant Mishra, out of jealousy, attacked Atul alias Kuldeep Bharti, a resident of Ranganath Nagar police station area, Jharra Tikriya, with a knife late in the night and fled from the spot. The accused was arrested by the police late at night.

Ranganath Nagar police station in-charge Naveen Namdev said that this entire dispute is due to old enmity. Due to which, Lakhera resident Nishant Mishra reached Jharra Tikuria and attacked Atul alias Kuldeep Bharti with a knife and fled from the spot. Late last night, Nishant Mishra has been arrested. Atul alias Kuldeep Bharti, who was injured in this incident, has been admitted to the district hospital where the injured youth is undergoing treatment.
