Shajapur, A review meeting of the development works of assembly constituency no. 167 Shajapur was organized today under the chairmanship of MLA Shri Arun Bhimavad. On this occasion, Collector Ms. Riju Bafna, Municipal Vice President Mr. Santosh Joshi, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Santosh Tagore, Sub-Divisional Officer Shajapur Mr. Narendra Nath Pandey, Deputy Collector Ms. Manisha Waskle, Mr. Mahendra Pratap Singh Kirar and Ms. Neha Gangare along with Mr. Radheshyam Gurjar, Mr. Hariom Gothi, Shri Mohansingh Jadon, Shri Ashish Nagar, Shri Shyam Taylor, Shri Hemraj Patidar, distinguished citizens and officials of concerned departments were present.

In the meeting, department-wise review of development works and construction works was done by MLA Shri Bhimavad. In which District Panchayat (Panchayat and Rural Development Department) of Assembly Constituency No. 167 Shajapur, Health Department, Education Department, Public Works Department (Building), Public Works Department, Rural Engineering Service, Public Works Department (Bridge), Water Resources, Q. Road Development Corporation, District Urban Development Agency, Prime Minister Rural Road Development Corporation, Public Health Engineering Department, M.P. The development works and construction works of the Electricity Board and District Planning and Statistics Office were reviewed in detail.

During this, MLA Shri Bhimavad, keeping in view the future needs, prepared the proposal for the master plan of the district hospital, community health center near AB Road in Maksi and Berchha and primary health center in Panwadi and cleaning workers at all the health centers. And asked to appoint security guard. Similarly, he gave instructions to identify the building-less high school and prepare a proposal to run a higher secondary in Sajod. During the meeting, he suggested that the houses being built in future for government servants should be made multi-storey. He instructed the Water Resources Department to prepare a proposal so that the water from the pipeline to be laid in place of the canal reaches the end of the village. Proposal for repairing the culvert of Shajapur to Berchha Road, preparing a proposal for Sanjeevani Clinic in the urban area, quickly completing the tap water work under Jaljeevan Mission, quickly installing the transformers being installed by the Electricity Department, and making a shop in the vegetable market. Necessary instructions were also given regarding preparation and other development works.

MLA Shri Bhimavad asked all the officers to happily complete the work of their respective departments by taking it as a task. He also asked the Collector to encourage the officers and employees who do good work from time to time.

On this occasion, Collector Ms. Bafna instructed all the officers to prepare the proposals for the suggestions given within the stipulated time period. He also asked to complete the ongoing construction works with quality within the stipulated time frame.
