As per the directives of the Dhar, Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur, and under the guidance of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mrs. Mamta Jain, a one-day training program was organized on July 25, 2026, in the conference hall of the District Legal Services Authority, District Court Complex, Dhar (MP) to enhance the skills of paralegal volunteers on the subject of CIS software and cybercrime. All paralegal volunteers from Dhar District attended the program physically, and paralegal volunteers from all districts of Madhya Pradesh attended online.

Present at the inauguration were Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mrs. Mamta Jain, retired Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sunil Kumar Jain, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mrs. Natasha Sheikh Patel, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Mr. Pradeep Soni, District Registrar, Mr. Dharam Kumar, District Legal Aid Officer, Mr. Simon Sulia, Chief LADCS, Mr. Satish Thakur, his team, and paralegal volunteers.

In the first phase of the training program, retired Principal District and Sessions Judge Sunil Kumar Jain delivered a special lecture on cyber security and the responsibilities of paralegal volunteers, raising awareness among all paralegal volunteers.

During the training program, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mr. Anand Tiwari, provided information on topics such as OTP fraud, UPI fraud, social media scams, and malware.

Mrs. Rekha Agarwal, Senior Trainer, from the e-Governance Department, provided information on cyber hygiene and safe digital practices, strong passwords, safe internet use, data privacy, and the helpline number 1930, the National Cyber ​​Crime Reporting Portal.

The Secretary explained the functions of the District Legal Services Authority and encouraged them to assist in disseminating government welfare schemes to the public. The training was webcast for paralegal volunteers across Madhya Pradesh. Identity cards were distributed to all paralegal volunteers present at the training. At the end of the said program, under the drug de-addiction campaign, Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr. Anand Tiwari also administered the oath of drug de-addiction.
