Darbhanga, Vikasheel Insaan Party (VIP) supremo Mukesh Sahni's father Jeetan Sahni was brutally murdered with a sharp weapon. There has been a new twist in the murder case. Mithila region DIG Baburam reached the spot and took stock of the crime scene. He has claimed that the police has come very close to solving the case. He told that 3 empty glasses have been recovered from the crime scene. People are being questioned. The case will be solved within the next six to eight hours.

In fact, this case is related to Jeetan Sahni, father of VIP supremo and former Bihar minister Mukesh Sahni. To investigate this high profile case, DIG of Darbhanga, District Magistrate, Senior Superintendent of Police and all the top officials of the district reached the spot and are engaged in solving the mystery of the case. Taking the matter seriously, the dog squad and FSL team have also been called on the spot. The police is questioning two people working in Jeetan Sahni's house, who are cooks and milk sellers, by taking them into custody.

But this morning when the people in the neighborhood did not hear the sound of bhajans, they got suspicious. After which the people in the neighborhood peeped inside the room from the window and saw that his dead body was lying there. After which this news spread like fire in the entire area and a huge crowd of people gathered. The police was informed about the incident, after which the police reached the spot and is investigating all the points of the incident. As soon as the information of the incident was received, Vikasheel Insaan Party (VIP) supremo Mukesh Sahni reached Patna from Mumbai. He left for Darbhanga from Patna airport. He will reach Darbhanga in some time. After which the body will be cremated.

SIT has been formed to investigate the case, while taking immediate action, two suspects have been detained and are being questioned. The SIT team has left for Darbhanga from Patna. He has claimed that very soon the criminals will be behind bars. This case will be solved soon. Two people have been detained through CCTV cameras. They are being questioned. Amidst the politics going on over the increasing incidents of crime in the state, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed grief over the death of Mukesh Sahni's father. It is being said that the Chief Minister has called DGP RS Bhatti and asked him to take immediate action.
