Agra, The birth anniversary of Maharaja Daksha Prajapati was celebrated with reverence and joy on Wednesday at the Samajwadi Party Metropolitan Office in Agra under the leadership of Metropolitan President Shabbir Abbas. The program began with the laying of a wreath and offering of flowers to the portrait of Maharaja Daksha Prajapati. A large number of members of the Prajapati community and Samajwadi Party workers participated in the program.

Addressing the program, Metropolitan President Shabbir Abbas said that Maharaja Daksha Prajapati was a symbol of hard work, organization, self-respect, and social harmony. His ideals still inspire social justice, equality, and unity. He said that following the ideals of Maharaja Daksha, the Samajwadi Party is committed to the respect, rights, and participation of all communities and will further strengthen the politics of social justice, brotherhood, and development in the state by bringing together all sections of society.

Speakers at the event also discussed the social and political participation of the Prajapati community. They noted that the Prajapati community has a large population in Uttar Pradesh and plays a significant role in many of the state's assembly seats. Those present united and resolved to strengthen the Samajwadi Party and form a Samajwadi Party government in the state under the leadership of Akhilesh Yadav in the 2027 assembly elections.

Jasrana MLA Mr. Sachin Yadav and Shikohabad MLA Mr. Mukesh Verma were present as chief guests. Rahul Chaturvedi, Mamta Taploo, Binay Agarwal, Rupali Dixit, Pramod Yadav, Ravi Mehra, Suneri Lal Gola, Pawan Prajapati, Dr. Gopal Prajapati, Greesh Goyal, Manoj Gupta, Somesh Gupta, Jameel Khan, Bharat Singh Prajapati, Kalicharan Prajapati, Jameel Siddiqui, Satish Chahar, Amir Singh Faujdar, Haseen Khan, Rajiv Savita, and a large number of party workers, social activists, and dignitaries from the Prajapati community were present.
