Dhar, Under the direction and leadership of Chief Block Medical Officer Dr. Kirti Borasi, an important program was organized today at the Dhamnod Community Health Center as part of a special drug de-addiction campaign being run in the area. During this, all hospital officials, staff, and patients seeking treatment were urged to stay away from drugs.

As a highlight of the program, all doctors, health workers, and citizens present took a collective pledge to never consume drugs in their lives and to play an important role in making society drug-free.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Kirti Borasi stated that not only individual health but entire families and society are ruined by the evils of drug abuse. The primary objective of such awareness campaigns by the Health Department is to make the public aware of the ill effects of drug abuse and to establish a healthy society. This initiative was appreciated by all the citizens present in the hospital premises.
