25 year old youth held hostage and beaten in Chhatarpur
Chhatarpur Police Station Civil Lines arrested within 12 hours

Chhatarpur, The complainant victim, aged 25 years, resident of village Gathevara police station, Civil Lines, came to the police station and reported that some persons of the village had abused him, taken him to a farm house, taken him hostage and assaulted him. On the report, crime number 924/23 section 147, 148, 149, 294, 323, 365, 506 was registered in the police station civil line and taken under investigation.
Seeing the seriousness of the incident, as soon as it came to the notice of Chhatarpur Superintendent of Police Mr. Amit Sanghi, Police Station Civil Line Incharge Inspector Kamlesh Sahu was directed to arrest the accused immediately.
Under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Vikram Singh and City Superintendent of Police Mr. Aman Mishra, the police team led by Police Station Incharge Civil Line Inspector Kamlesh Sahu raided the places related to all the accused. The five accused, who are residents of village Gathevara police station Civil Line Chhatarpur, were arrested by the police team from different places and taken into custody. During the investigation, the stick, stick and motorcycle used in the incident were seized and taken into custody by the police. The investigation proceedings are ongoing.
