20-point committee formed in Bihar

Patna, Chief Minister Nitish government has formed a 20-point committee in all 38 districts. Late on Friday night, the Cabinet Department has issued a district-wise notification. Ministers in charge of the districts have been made presidents. The district presidents of BJP, JDU, HAM and LJPR, who are part of the NDA government, have been made vice-presidents. A total of 25 members have been nominated in each district committee, including one president and two vice-presidents. All Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs, MLAs, Legislative Councilors, District Council Presidents and Municipal Corporation Mayors of the district have been made its ex-officio members. The DMs of all districts will be its secretaries.
