Saharanpur, The racket of adulterated food items is not stopping in Saharanpur district. This has been revealed in the investigation report from the food laboratory. Of the 15 samples taken earlier in the report, 10 samples have failed. The samples that have failed include sweets, mawa, cheese and spices. In fact, the Food Safety Department team had raided different places in the district about three months ago and collected samples of food items. Of these, investigation reports of 15 have come. Surprisingly, 10 samples of sweets, mawa, cheese and spices were found to be failed. The failure of 10 out of 15 samples shows how the business of adulteration in food items is going on. Apart from these, samples of eight food items have been taken in April itself. Their report is yet to come. Talking about the entire month of April, a case was filed in the ADM Administration Court against 37 adulterators for adulteration in food items. Of these, decisions have been taken on 19. A fine of Rs 4.60 lakh has been imposed on them from the ADM court.
