Let us inform you that on 12.11.2016, on the information of plaintiff Israr son of Yamin resident of Kunda Khurd police station Gangoh district Saharanpur, the accused Munawar, Mustafa, Sanawar, Staqeem sons of Subba, Shaukeen, Mohsin sons of Mustafa, Anwar son of Bankar alias Banra, Islam son of Bakar, Gulzar, Jamshed sons of Tota, Pravez, Raqib sons of Anwar, Anwar son of Natthu residents of Kunda Khurd police station Gangoh district Saharanpur, acting in collusion, armed with pistols, swords and axes, shot with guns with the intention to kill and killed plaintiff's father Yasin and uncle Tasin and caused serious injuries to Akhtar, Tasin, Alijan, Gulfam, Liaqat and Islam. In connection with which, FIR No. 625/2016 under sections 147/148/149/302/307/323/504/506 IPC and FIR No. 687/2016 under sections 25/27 Arms Act vs. Raqib above and FIR No. 629/2016 under sections 25/27 Arms Act Sanwar above and FIR No. 637/2016 under sections 25/27 Arms Act vs. Shaukeen above and FIR No. 688/2016 under sections 25/27 Arms Act vs. Pravez above were registered at Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur. In which the above investigation case ST No. 189/2017, 295/2017, 192/17, 190/17, 191/17, 193/17 remained pending in the Honorable Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Room No. 03, District Saharanpur. Due to the strong advocacy and efforts made by the monitoring cell identified in OPERATION CONVICTION under the direction of Senior Superintendent of Police, Saharanpur, today the Honorable Court of Additional Sessions Judge Room No. 03, District Saharanpur, has acquitted the accused Munawar, Mustafa, Sanawar, Staqeem, Shaukeen, Mohsin, Anwar Islam, Gulzar, Jamshed Pravez, Raqib, Anwar, all residents of Kunda Khurd Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur, in FIR No. 625/2016 registered at Police Station Gangoh under Section 147/148/149/302/307/323/504/506 IPC, FIR No. 687/2016 under Section 25/27 Arms Act, FIR No. 629/2016 under Section 25/27 Arms Act, FIR No. 637/2016 under Section 25/27 Arms Act. Being found guilty under the Act and FIR No. 688/2016 Section 25/27 Arms Act, he has been sentenced to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10 lakh 73 thousand.
