03 accused of robbery, 15 pieces and stolen mobile worth Rs 7,50,000 recovered from their possession

Janjgir, the brief details of the case are as follows that on 09/03/24, applicant Anjani Kumar Pandey, resident of New Chandaniya Para, Janjgir lodged a report that on 24/02/2024, the applicant went to the daily vegetable market near Old District Hospital, Janjgir in the evening. The person who had gone to buy vegetables was coming back home when he went to Ravi Chowk street and one of them showed a knife to the applicant and looted a mobile phone and cash of Rs 550 from him and all three persons fled from there. Report of the applicant. But the crime was registered in Janjgir police station and taken up for investigation.
During the investigation, information was received from the informer that some suspicious people were living in a rented house in Champa, on which the said suspicious persons were investigated and one of them, Bakim Mandal, along with his associates Krishna Shah and Sheikh Chunnu. Said to have committed the above incident and along with other associates committed the crime of stealing mobile phones in different areas.
Accused Bakim Mandal, Krishna Shah and Sheikh Chunnu were also interrogated in connection with the incident, who told about stealing mobiles from different places, from whom a total of 15 Android mobiles of different companies and a knife used in the incident were seized and the accused were arrested. Has been arrested and sent to judicial custody today on 10.03.24.
In the above proceedings, Inspector Praveen Dwivedi, Deputy Inspector Bhavani Singh Chauhan and Cyber Cell in-charge Deputy Paras Patel, Assistant Sub Inspector Ram Prasad Baghel, Principal Rajkumar Chandra Vivek Singh Thakur, R. Girish Kashyap Rohit Gahra Arjun Yadav had a commendable contribution.
