Construction of illegal colonies will not be allowed

Ratlam, Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi has taken a big step against illegal colonies in Ratlam district. Due to the action of the collector, construction of illegal colonies will not be possible in the district.
In this regard, the list of illegal colonies has been handed over to Colony Cell Ratlam by constituting an investigation team by the SDM Ratlam City on the instructions of the Collector. It has been found by the investigation team that the landowners registered in the list have illegally sold their land in small plots, constructed CC road without permission, constructed boundary wall etc. On this, Collector Mr. Suryavanshi has directed that the lands of survey number should be registered as land of illegal colony in the land records and instructions should be issued to cancel residential commercial land diversion. The District Registrar is being directed to ban the sale and purchase of the said lands. Information letters are being issued to the concerned to present their side. The concerned Gram Panchayat is being directed not to allow construction etc. on the said land. Instructions have been issued for not approving the layout map of city and village investment and for registration of FIR against the concerned land owners.
